The Weather in Greece

The Ionian has a perfect sailing climate, the sun shines abundantly and the wind usually stays around force 4 Beaufort. Below you can see a chart to give you an idea of the conditions in the area.
In the mornings there is normally a light southerly wind then in the afternoon veering to a north westerly breeze increasing later in the day. The Ionian is different' for example to the Cyclads, in the Ionian you can sail almost every day; there are not many days that the wind is too strong for a sail.

Weather in Gocek
