Day 2: Sete

Sete is a picturesque small-town set in a pristine harbour with quaint promenade cafes, rolling canals and a hilltop church. This town has retained charm and has been unspoiled over time giving you a real local French atmosphere. The canal royal is popular for visitors, with shopping and dining but for spectacular views of this town head up to Mount St. Clair. Here you can not only surround yourself with natural beauty but also visit the painted walls of the Notre Dame de la Salette. Nearby stretches out the 12 km strip to Marseillan Plage, lined with palm trees and on the other side the Bassin de Thau.
