2. Two Tank Shark Dive.

Are you ready for some real adventure? What better way to get your blood boiling than by hopping into a shark tank!? Your first dive takes place in a non-feeding environment. The sharks will follow you throughout the dive, because when they see you they know that the dinner bell will ring soon. This keeps the sharks curious and it will create a very natural experience for you. The second dive takes place in a large sand patch where you will kneel down in a semi-circle as the Dive-master feeds the shark off of a long pole. As many as forty 5 to 6 foot Caribbean Reef Sharks will swim amongst you. They may be very fascinating creatures, but it is HIGHLY recommended that you do not touch them!

Upon entering the stunning Five-Star restaurant you will be greeted with a glass of champagne and then led by Graycliff’s Master Sommelier on a tour of the hotel and restaurant’s acclaimed wine collection. Housing fine and rare wines, the cellar is comprised of over 250,000 bottles from 400 vinters, acquired over decades by Enrico Garzaroli, the establishment’s Chairman and CEO. Garzaroli exudes passion when it comes to his wine collection as it is one of the largest private collections in the world and it has received the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award since 1988. The Wine Luncheon consists of a delectable four-course, gourmet repast paired with the appropriate wines. The menu consists of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course and dessert.
